🐕 Pet Policy -- Up to two dogs are welcome (pet fee applies). Additional dogs may be considered with approval. Service animals are always welcome; please let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaning team.

🎥 Entertainment -- The lower-level theater room is your ultimate movie night spot, complete with a 70` TV, foosball, giant Jenga, Connect4, Pac-man Arcade Game, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings indoors. Outdoor games typically include ladder toss, Corn hole, and Spike-ball.

💻 Workspace Options -- Two dedicated workstations make remote work easy and comfortable, including a powered electric standing desk in the loft and a writing desk in the primary suite.

🚼 Family Friendly Amenities -- We provide a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dishes for families traveling with little ones.

🚗 Vehicle Access and Parking -- Paved roads and driveway for easy access year-round. Most vehicles (2WD) are fine except in snow or icy conditions, when 4WD/AWD may be recommended or required (typically between mid-December and February).

🧯 Safety and Cleanliness -- All bedding and linens are freshly laundered between guests. The cabin includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and routine exterior maintenance to ensure comfort and safety.

🦌 Wildlife and Surroundings -- You’ll often see deer, rabbits, foxes, wild turkeys, and other local wildlife nearby. While the cabin is kept spotless, being in nature means the occasional bug or tiny critter may appear—just let us know if anything is out of the ordinary.

🏡 Continuous Improvements -- We regularly update the property to enhance your stay. Furniture or decor may differ slightly from photos, but comfort and quality remain constant. During your stay, our landscaping and/or hot tub care team may service the property - we usually give you advance notice and these teams do not need to access the inside of the property (with the exception of a separately locked garage to access a mower or supplies).
