The second floor is truly the heart of the home. Gather around the kitchen island while dinner comes together, share stories around the dining table, or sink into the comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and ocean views in the distance. When someone needs a little quiet time, the second family room offers another cozy place to curl up, play games, or watch a movie. With a bathroom for every bedroom, everyone has their own comfortable space to retreat to at the end of the day.



Outside, the Oregon Coast becomes part of the experience. Start the morning with coffee on the balcony, fire up the grill for dinner, or slip into the private hot tub on the entry-level deck and watch the evening sky settle over the coast. The Olivia Beach neighborhood is just as inviting, with streets and paths that are wonderful to explore by foot or bike, plus a seasonal saltwater pool, playgrounds, sand volleyball, a firepit, and a staircase leading toward the beach and tide pools.



And there is plenty waiting beyond the neighborhood. Nelscott Beach is just minutes away, perfect for long walks, beachcombing, tide-pool exploring, and searching for one of Lincoln City’s famous Finders Keepers glass floats. Nearby trails invite you to get outside, while local restaurants, breweries, galleries, and shops make it easy to spend an afternoon exploring town.

Streaming: Smart TVs are available; guests may sign in using their own streaming accounts.

Quiet Hours: Community quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Hot Tub: Hot tub use is available until 10 PM.

Grilling: Gas grill use is subject to current local fire restrictions.

Parking: The driveway is narrow, steep, and angled. Larger vehicles may find parking and maneuvering more challenging.

Climate: The home does not have air conditioning, which is common along the Oregon Coast.
