„Well we loved the house but i wished you had tv in living room. There was a hair tie in master bedroom, so i assumed maybe they didn’t clean right. I wish you had vacuum and some cleaning supplies around so i could clean lil more, I didn’t like that kids couldn’t sleep downstairs cause it was very cold and even for my dogs, good thing i bought them extra blankets for them, they don’t have much fur. I didn’t take pictures in house cause I expected the house to be more up to date, looked like old ...

„Overall the place was great and comfortable! You cannot beat the location or the view. Quiet area as well with easy access to the beach. Good amount of space for 6 people comfortably. Biggest downside for us this time around was one of the bedrooms downstairs did not feel like it has been cleaned and there was hair all over the sheets so had to wash them right away. The upstairs bathroom also had hair all over the mat and in the shower so we had to clean those too. Upstairs space is beautiful ...

„This property was located close to the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked one with kitchen items we have ever been to in a rental. Even a beautiful new spice rack. It is a comfortable home that I recommend.“

„The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!“

„House is large, plenty of bedrooms, great location in lincoln city, hot tub was great. 7 steps to the beach is not true. Staircase to beach is closer to 20 stairs. If you have little ones or guests with mobility issues you may want to think about it. Home was mostly clean, kitchen had issues. Fridge was dirty and was warm on arrival. Cooled down after about 12 hours. Rental management company was helpful.“

„Very cute place. Pet friendly so some wear and tear. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, no cling wrap or sandwich bags for any leftovers. No dog collection bags ( if I’m paying a dog fee it’s the least I would expect to find in a doggy basket. Two bedrooms with en suites, but one shower didn’t work. Had we been traveling with another couple, it would’ve been a bigger issue. There could’ve been more detailed instructions for tv/dvd and streaming as well other amenities such as a pool or gym. „Although a bit smaller then anticipated it was cozy and warm; pet friendly fence needs closure at drive way, like a gate other than those suggestions and a couple fix it’s with cracked tile in kitchen and a broken towel bar in bathroom I would definitely say location and communication with owner made up for a couple imperfections“
