The fog lifts off the Pacific just after sunrise, and from the kitchen nook at Three Waves you watch it happen with a mug of coffee. We remodeled the whole home top to bottom in 2026, and it shows: light-filled rooms, quality finishes, and a layout made for groups of 10 to 14 that still want a little breathing room.



What makes it work for big groups is the two full kitchens and two living rooms. Two families can each make their own breakfast on their own schedule, then meet in the sunroom or on the patio for dinner. Past guests have booked as parties of 12, and as nine adults traveling together.



HOW IT'S LAID OUT (three levels, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths)



Main floor: two queen bedrooms, a full bath, the main kitchen, and the living and dining room.



Lower level: a bunk room with four twin XL beds, a family room with a queen sofa bed, a full bath, the books-and-games nook, and the ocean-view sunroom opening onto the patio and BBQ.



Top floor: up a covered outdoor staircase is a second full kitchen, living room and dining area, two more queen bedrooms, and a full bath with a double-head shower. Being a separate floor with its own front door makes it a favorite with grandparents or a second family.



KITCHENS

Both are fully stocked, with a coffee bar, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Looking for a specific utensil? Just ask.



FOR FAMILIES

Two pack 'n plays, high chairs, and baby dishware. The kids get their own bunk room.



ALSO INCLUDED

Wifi throughout, three TVs, two washers and two dryers, free parking for 5 cars, and a patio with a BBQ and firepit.

Is there Wifi? Yes, free Wifi is included throughout the home.



How does check-in work? Guests receive a unique keycode the day before arrival and let themselves in anytime after 4:00 PM. No host meet-up required.



Is there parking? Yes, free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.



Where do we grocery shop? There is a Safeway and several other grocery options located nearby.



What's the best dinner nearby? Hearth and Table is a wood-fired pizza restaurant with cute decor. Pelican Brewing is a restaurant with fun brews and sweeping views of Siletz Bay.



Are there stairs or accessibility concerns? There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, however, there is one step to access the front door.



Is there air conditioning? Yes.



Cameras or monitors? Exterior cameras at the front door and parking lot for guest safety. Nothing inside the home.



Before arrival, you'll get a short concierge check-in: a quick identity verification link (keeps everyone in the home safe) and a full digital house manual so you know exactly where everything is the moment you walk in.



Security Deposit: There is a $300 deposit hold that will be put on the card used to reserve the home. This will be released a few days after the stay, unless there is some issue in the home caused during the stay that requires repayment. Ex: breakages and stains.



How many dogs? Up to 2 dogs, $50 per dog. Sorry, no cats.
