Diese Wohnung ist Teil des Sandstone Point Komplexes in Richtung Süden der Stadt, so dass Sie ruhige, malerische Umgebung und eine Reihe von Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe wie Restaurants und ein Theater haben. Der Strand ist eine schnelle, drei Blocks zu Fuß die Straße hinunter.

Im Inneren finden Sie eine helle, mit zwei Schlafzimmern Anordnung mit polierten Holzböden zu schätzen wissen. Der Hauptraum verfügt über ein Ledersofa, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV, und eine Tabelle, die alle für einen angenehmen Mahlzeit oder ein Brettspiel passen. WiFi ist für Ihre Bequemlichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt.

Eine offene Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und alles, was Sie brauchen, um köstliche Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Speisen Sie in der Innen-Tabelle oder den Kopf nach draußen der Picknick-Tisch im gemeinsamen Innenhof für eine Mahlzeit mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf den Ozean! There was multiple things that were broken / messed up when we arrived. Including the main bathroom shower head, curtains, and the couch. It was also hard to get into this unit, we had to put in the code like 10 times before it would work. The unit also smelled kind of funky. It was also hard to get a response from host. All these things aren't awful considering the price.

When we arrived my daughter pulled out the futon and there was garbage and sand all in it, there was a Gatorade bottle and half eaten pizza crust behind the couch. Looked like blood stain on the wall by the front door. I called and reported it when we got there but it was too late everyone went home for the day. We got a call the next day around 1pm that someone could come and clean but we weren’t there so we asked they come when we got back around 3:30 they said the house keeping had gone home for the day and they would be back Sunday in which we were giving out so it stayed dirty minus what we cleaned up.

Decent Accommodations for a good price

You get what you pay for. Some housekeeping issues upon arrival. Tried to communicate them to management but was told they were stains (definitely something splattered on wall, not stains). It rained pretty consistently during our stay which resulted in constant water intrusion at front door, puddling in entry. Faucets are backwards (hot is cold, cold is hot). Contacted management three days before arrival regarding pets. Did not receive reply until the day after we arrived. Therefore, we didn’t bring our pet.

This propert felt very dirty. There was cream on the table. The furniture all appeased as if it was taken from dumpster. The view was nice but Mo way worth the price.

Run down condo

The furniture was worn out (tables, chairs, couch) and there was a slight wet dog smell to the couch. The carpet is rough, stained and frayed at the doorways, the "polished" wood floors referenced in the listing are gaping, and move/creak when you walk around in the kichen and have dirt and debris in the cracks. There were hairs on our sheets and on the bathroom floors when we arrived. Coffee pot was cracked when we used it and leaked all over the stovetop. The listing photos made this place look much better than it was in reality. Listing also stated a leather sleeper sofa and cable TV. The condo had an older cloth couch and the cable did not work.

Needs attention

Just so the next family knows: it was nice having 2 bathroom sinks and toilets, but only 1 shower had hot water; the king size bed “tacos” in the middle; and there’s a big ant problem (just put traps out). The ocean view was nice.

The room we stayed in was disgusting. It smells horrible! The bigger bedroom smelt so bad of dog pee that we could barely sleep. I didn't let any of our things touch the floor because it was so gross. The dishes we dirty there was ice in the ice cube trays with black spots all over them. The futon style couch was covered in dog hair. The toliet paper holder broke completely off after one attempted use. To top it all off we couldn't even check until almost 2hrs past our check in time. This place was a joke, ill never go back.

Dilapidated

The rating did not match the property. The property is in need of significant updates and a deep clean. We found old hair and toothpaste on the walls. The couch in the living room was torn, floors were falling apart, and there wasn’t an outlet in the primary bedroom. This is a high traffic unit, pretty much everyone must walk by your window to get to their condo and the lights at night are so bright it felt like daytime. Between those two things, you couldn’t have the shades open to enjoy the “peak a boo” ocean view.

Quick weekend getaway

Check in was at 4 and the house was ready on time. The living area was kind of small with 2 tables, lots of chairs, however the futon was very uncomfortable, definitely needs a new couch or futon. Having 2 bathrooms were great! Kitchen was small with no dishwasher, but it was fine for our short weekend away. Bedrooms were decent size. House did have a beach (ocean like) smell to it.

Very disappointed

I don’t even know where to start, no top sheets for the beds, no blankets or sheets for the futon so the 2 people that were suppose to sleep there had to squish with the people in the king and full size bed. There was toothpaste and hair on my pillowcase. No extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels, no coffee filters. The king bed was broken in the middle. The manager came the next day to apologize and she was super nice but I still paid for a night that was absolutely terrible, I don’t think anybody even slept.

Just a few minor improvements

Mostly positive experience. Ample space, comfortable beds and CLEAN. A few cons - no toaster. The living room sofa is not comfortable and really only seats 2 people. This wouldn't have been an issue except - it rained and we were stuck inside a bit. There is a soft spot in the floor near the fridge that definitely needs fixed. There needs to be some sort of shelving/toiletry holder in the showers. If this were my place, I would do a fresh coat of paint and get rid of all carpet. Get rid of small table/chairs and put in sofa + loveseat or chair 1/2. I would also have hooks and bench by front door as well as hooks in bedrooms/bathrooms... there is no place to hang anything up. Tie backs for the curtains would be nice as well... Having said all of that - for the cost and location even without improving anything - we would stay here again.

Very unhappy with the stay at this property

I don's usually leave reviews but i feel like I needed to for this property as a warning to others. We arrived and the key wouldn't unlock the door and in fact wouldn't come out of the lock so we had to call management and wait 2 hours in our car for someone to show up to help us open up the door, eventually the door had to be broken to get in and it remained broken the entire duration of our visit while management said it would be fixed right away. The unit was very dirty and looked as if it was never cleaned from the previous guests, there was dirt and hair all over the floor and entering the kitchen the pots and pans we got out to use were covered in grease and were never washed, the cups were dirty as well. The furnace in the front living area didn't work so it was cold and with no extra blankets we were chilly most the time. The carpets were dirty with big hairballs. The showers were dark and had no where to place a bar of soap or shampoo other than the shower floor which was very inconvienient. Bed sheets had hair and stains on them. This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed and we ended up leaving 3 days early to stay somewhere else. This place needs so much help and a good cleaning and more basic amenities like blankets, clean kitchen supplies. This place put a big damper on our vacation, complete waste of money!!!

Good location and condition for the cost.

Good overall location and condition for the cost. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach. There are a fair amount of stairs and a steep roadway if you have issues negotiating such things. Interestingly the condo doesn’t have very many outlets so we just bought two power strips and that resolved the issue. In a prior review that we read somebody mentioned it could be a little chilly inside the living room. We brought our electric oil radiant heater and that resolved any issues that we noticed. We tend to bring our own set of kitchen knives for cooking and that was definitely a must for this condo. For the cost it was a good location and pretty comfortable for a family of four over spring break week.

Dirty and lacks basics

The place advertised that it sleeps for 6; it does not. Soft bed was not usable for sleeping. My room with king bed only had one night stand. Dining table has mismatched chair that is too tall and it only has 4, only 3 forks, 2 mugs, 3 mismatched wine glasses. No dish washer. The shower had an used soap stuck on the side, carpet has dark brown spots and dog hair, and floor had sand and extremely dirty (white socks turned brown). You can tell they do not vacuum since cleaning people would go into next room for cleaning without vacuum cleaners.

Nightmare

We arrived with greasy floors.... ok, we will wear socks... we walked to beach, enjoyed sunset and started dinner.... then we got really grossed out. NONE of drinking or wine glasses were clean... lipstick and fingerprints. Then the utensil drawers had multiple forks, etc with dried food stuck to them. We opened the oven and there was a cookie sheet filled with white hardened grease with meat. The carpet was extremely stained and dirty... a drip of something on bed skirt That looks like blood. When we pulled back top cover..., the sheets had not been changed.... sand and dirt was found. In this world of Covid... this is not even a little ok... NOT OK. This was supposed to be our get way to enjoy and forget all of today’s issues. This is when we decided to pack up, leave and drive over 2 hours home. I made 2 phone calls while there.. both promising a phone call from a manager. No one called. I asked for a full refund. We even had to go out and buy plastic silverware, plates and cups to use. UPDATE: Today, Monday - I received a phone call with an apology and a refund. I appreciate that and also hope to have a better experience in the future.
