Beds are: 2 kings, 3 queens, a bunk that has a twin and a full mattress as well as a twin mattress that pulls out from under the full, and also a hideaway queen/sofa. Two of the bedrooms and the game room each have their own entrances, which is a great feature for privacy. Open concept living area on third floor has ocean view--the whole house is very open and light. To get to the beach, take a three-block walk on a secret neighborhood trail to Road's End State Park.
