Things didn't work
My company does this every year for an annual conference. As such, we always ensure their is a hot tub, which included this property. The hot tub was not working, and called on Monday to tell the property manager. Did not hear back from them, ever, so called again on Thursday (might have been Wed), and they said they would call back when the maintenance person would be going. Still waiting for that call. There also is no lighting back there, so BYOL. Then, the door code did not work, had to call and they gave me clearly what was the prior code, which worked (but, then I had to contact the rest of my party to let them know). The bbq grill is a fire hazard as all rusted, including the specific burner used for lighting was rusted all the way through, so had to buy BBQ instead of grilling. There is no bathroom or door for the third floor bedroom, and the bed there has issues with support as you can see with the mark underneath it. The spiral staircase also needs the steps fixed, as that is an injury waiting to happen. Lastly, the place lacks the usual household supplies other vacation rentals have, such as tinfoil, plastic wrap, cooking oil, and spices (except salt and pepper).
On the plus side, very nice location.
