🚗 Beach Access Tip:
The Olivia Beach staircase is scenic but includes stairs. For easier beach entry (especially with gear or little ones), drive just 1 minute to Canyon Drive Park, which has parking and no stairs to the sand.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces.

This includes all living areas, the hot tub with outdoor seating, Traeger grill, and in-home laundry. There is private parking for up to 3 vehicles (2 standard + 1 compact), along with a Level 2 EV charger.

Check-in is simple and self-guided using a digital keypad. Your personal code and arrival details will be shared 48 hours before your stay.

Designed for rest, with flexible space for families and groups.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably across two private bedrooms and a bunk room. Upstairs, the primary queen bedroom opens to a private balcony with ocean views—quiet mornings, coffee in hand. A second queen bedroom is located on the main floor for easy access.

The bunk room features two double-over-double bunks, ideal for kids or groups sharing space. An optional raised inflatable bed can be provided for additional children if needed.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a full bath with tub/shower upstairs, a full bathroom on the main level, and a convenient half bath. All are stocked with essentials to make settling in easy.

Simple, functional, and ready for shared meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including stainless appliances, cookware, and pantry basics. Start your mornings with the Nespresso Vertuo, or take dinner outside with the Traeger grill (pellets included).

The dining table is set up for both meals and game nights—an easy place to gather at the end of the day.

The main living area is warm and open, with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV. A vinyl record player adds a slower rhythm to the space—easy listening in the evenings.

Upstairs, the bunk room doubles as a second hangout space with an arcade machine (150+ games), Xbox, puzzles, and board games—designed for both kids and adults to unwind.

Fresh air, quiet moments, and room to unwind.
The fenced outdoor space includes a hot tub and Adirondack seating—simple, private, and easy to enjoy after a day out.

You’ll also find beach-ready gear for your stay: chairs, towels, sand toys, and a cooler. Whether you're heading to the ocean or staying in, everything is set up to make it easy.

🛞 Getting Around

Olivia Beach is a walkable neighborhood, so once you arrive, you can easily stroll to the beach, park, and local trails. A few local dining spots and coffee shops are just a short drive or bike ride away.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles (3 if parked tightly).
Level 2 EV Charger on site for Teslas and all other electric vehicles.
Scooters available (2 provided at the home). Just a heads-up—they’re free to use, but not replaceable if damaged.
For beach days with more gear or little ones, you can drive 1 minute to Canyon Drive Park for flat, no-stairs beach access.

No car? Rideshare services are limited in Lincoln City, especially late. We recommend having your own vehicle.

Beach access
The closest beach access from Olivia Beach includes a scenic staircase (about 120 steps). Beautiful, but not ideal for heavy gear or limited mobility.

For easier access, Canyon Drive Park is just a few minutes away by car, with parking and a gradual ramp to the beach. D River State Recreation Site is another nearby option with more parking, restrooms, and direct ocean access.

Bringing your dog
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs for a flat $75 fee. A dog bed and bowls are provided (best suited for smaller dogs). We simply ask that pets stay off furniture.

Getting around + parking
The private driveway fits up to 3 vehicles (2 standard + 1 compact). Street parking is limited.

A few house guidelines
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM to respect the neighborhood.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the porch.
