This modern and centrally located apartment is a 5-minute walk from Miraflores, a 15-minute walk from Larcomar and very close to the beach. It is fully equipped with

we have renovated the pots ,
conventional oven and microwave.
It has a large closet for your clothes and all your luggage, it is very clean, even with anti-fungal paint (at the suggestion of a guest).
It also has a double bed where we have renewed the pillows (very soft), sofa bed, work table, bar-type dining room, coffee maker, blender, 4-burner stove, kitchenware, etc.
There are also beautiful shared areas in the building: a swimming pool with an incredible panoramic view of the beach and the city, an excellent gym and a very modern work area.
