This experience was awful as the place was not existent and there was nobody I could talk to sort out the issue. I had paid for the booking in full and the owner/manager didn't provide any information as to whereabouts of the property by the time of checking in. He was not contactable as the number in the app was non existent. I followed the map. I arrived to a random place where no one knew the property or the owner as it appeared in the Expedia app. After that no one wanted to provide any information about it or how to recover the money paid. Expedia support referred me to Verb which never heard about or had contacted before the incident.
