Elegant 1 Bedroom 48 m2 Apartment in the 4th floor with city view. This modern Building is located in a quiet area in the heart of San Isidro, right in the financial area, close to some wonderful stores, restaurants and bars.
The space
We offer a modern, comfortable professionally designed space. Upon entering you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, then the living room with a big smart tv, a great sofa bed, reading nook and office space. In the living room closet you will find cleaning supplies and a washer drier to make your stay more comfortable.
The bedroom offers a queen bed, with a high quality mattress, big closet, and access to the full bathroom, which has modern décor, and a big shower with glass sliding door.
Guest access
Guest will have acces to the whole apartment for themselfs, you can also use the reception area for a quick 15min visit, or for someone to wait for you.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind we do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, nor any events, this is a residential building so quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
This is a non smoker property, so smoking even with the windows open, could result in a fine of $200 for extra cleaning.
We request picture ID for each guest staying at our property.
There is a refundable security deposit of $100 to be paid before check in (only for accounts without previous stays/good reviews)
