„We got a different Appartment, then the one on the pictures, which was fine, because it was actually nicer. The Kitchen was bigger, more room overall, access to a balcony. And the style of our Appartment was even more flamboyant than on the pictures. The location felt very central, with a lot of things in walking distance.“

„Allt var perfekt ! Hamna hĂ€r av en slump dĂ„ vi hade bokat boende i Vernazza men blev grund lurade pĂ„ boendet. Hotells hjĂ€lpte mig och hitta annat boende pĂ„ annat stĂ€lle efter mina önskemĂ„l. SĂ€ngarna var verkligen helt perfekta! Sov som en prins och prinsessa. Tack för allt, Ă€ven mina hundar trivdes jĂ€tte bra.“

„Je dĂ©conseille cet hĂŽtel, ils ont annulĂ© notre rĂ©servation la veille avant le sĂ©jour et heureusement que j avais regardĂ© les mails sinon on se serait pointĂ© la nuit et nous retrouver dehors. Apparemment ils ne savent pas le motif mais moi je sais tres bien pourquoi ils ont annulĂ©. Bref, pour couronner le tout, dĂ©jĂ  qu ils annulent de leur propre fait, ils m encaissent et pour avoir hotels bonjour !! Quel dĂ©sastre. Je vous dĂ©conseille hotels et cet Ă©tablissement !!!“

„La mia vacanza ù stata pessima. Perchù l'appartamento a noi assegnato non aveva aria condizionata con insetti sporchi. Non c'era la lavatrice, la lampada del soggiorno non funzionava. Ho trascorso una settimana con i miei 3 figli come ai tempi primitivi. Quel che ù peggio ù che quando ho accennato a queste denunce hanno usato per me l'aggettivo "Maleducato". Per fortuna so che il furto fa parte di questo Paese.“

„Stefania was amazing! I was back and forth with my final numbers and date of arrival as my eldest had to back out days before trip. Stefania was so accommodating. The location is amazing and our seaside view, spectacular! They also offer a cleaning service daily if needed to change sheets and towels. These ladies were also so sweet and went above and beyond. These units have all been recently updated and are fresh and clean. You have a safe in your room too. Can’t recommend enough!!“

„Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour cependant un seul bĂ©mol le fait qu'il n'y ait personne Ă  proximitĂ© en cas de problĂšme, pour l'accueil ça ne pose pas vraiment de soucis car si les explications sont donnĂ©es avant (nous 1 x devant la porte parce qu'on na6 pas WhatsApp) et le jour du dĂ©part nous avons oubliĂ© quelque chose dans l'appartement mais pas moyen que quelqu'un nous ouvre la porte pour le rĂ©cupĂ©rer.“
