„Great breakfast, Great staff“

„Disappointing experience with inflexible management I booked a Superior room but was initially assigned an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. When I requested a standard room as originally booked, I was charged a supplement – an unacceptable practice for a hotel in this category. The staff operates with the rigidity of civil servants: procedurally correct but completely inflexible. Any deviation from standard protocol seems impossible, regardless of the circumstances. A localização é bem tranquila e passa segurança.“

„Great place.“
