"Top Begrüßung, mit einen Sekt, oder Kaffee, der Koffer wurde ins Zimmer gebracht, sehr schönes Zimmer, Frühstück war top , frisch und reichlich , Parkplätze eine strasse weiter, war kein Problem"

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arcangelo. While the hotel itself (and city) could benefit from some refurbishment, it is still charming, clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They were especially accommodating when I needed to adjust my booking at the last minute and even helped me change rooms without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Overall, the excellent service made a very positive impression, and I would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a friendly place to stay in Taranto."

"Me and my friend were spending one week in total in this beautiful place. this hotel is so unique, even don’t know where to start because since we entered the Hotel la spiaggia we got a nice warm welcome even after arriving around 2:00 am. The next morning and also coming up week was like a fairly tale! the breakfastservice, the best staff ever and the amazing owner of this stunning building was treating us like queens! Literally! we also want to add some nice words for the cute room-service girls! You are simply wonderful. Next time we will add a week longer to stay because we couldn’t get enough. To the hotel-staff…. You are all wonderful and thank you for everything Sabina & Jagoda"

"Magnifique maison vigneronne et agricole rénovée avec goût et soins! Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Le restaurant sert dlexvelkenzs plats typiques et les vins locaux! Piscine superbe et petit déjeuner en extérieur couvert près de la piscine excellent et varié. Une belle expérience au milieu des pins et des vignes."

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Oktober in Torre Ovo (Italien). Das Apartment war außerordentlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass keinerlei Wünsche offenblieben. Besonders familienfreundlich gestaltet, mit hellem, geräumigem Raumangebot und praktischen Details, die den Aufenthalt mit Kindern angenehm machen. Durch die Nebensaison waren die Städte Lecce, Gallipoli und Umgebung ruhig und entspannt, ideal zum Erkunden ohne Menschenmassen. Absolut empfehlenswert für eine erholsame, gut durchdachte Familienreise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfbereit!"

"Everything was great BUT unfortunately they have a trick on the spa and wellness brochure which you need to be aware. Everything on the manu has a price listed (massages scrub facial nails etc) EXCEPT the SPA sauna Turkish bath and pools tour. They decided to omit the price so customer get confused and think that is free of charge but at the end they ask for 95€ for person. I found it very tricky because if they want to be honest they have to have price list with everything not everything except the spa tour. Once I told them they told me: IT IS NOT WRITTEN ITS FREE OF CHARGE. I said ok so if I use the pool or the gym after you will charge me because it is not written is not included? A structure need to be clear on prices and transparent. If they do not specify the price it means that it is arbitrary. The food was great the hotel is beautiful and the spa amazing. "

"Joli établissement avec une belle piscine. Staff accueillant et serviable mais paraît pas très bien organisé (nuit payée mais j’ai du répéter à plusieurs reprises que c’était déjà payée lors du check out). "
