A luxury and modern villa with private swimming pool, Villa Andra is located at the edge of Letojanni town; a seaside town just a few kilometres away from Taormina. Set in a panoramic position, the property offers breath-taking views over Taormina Bay. From here, we can reach Taormina’s historic centre within a short drive, with its typical cafés, restaurants and clubs. The nearest beach is in Letojanni, Mazzarò and Isola Bella.

Villa Andra develops over three levels with a surface area of over 500 square metres.

On the ground floor, we find the large open plan living area with sitting room, dining area TV and kitchen. The sleeping rooms consist of three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one separate guest bathroom (with toilet and sink only).

On the first floor we find more bedrooms: one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is a lower level where we have two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, we are welcomed by the stunning large and private swimming pool (18.00 x 4.50m, depth 1.4m; open from 01/01 to 31/12). By the pool, we find sun lounges and umbrellas. Offering stunning views across the sea the towards Taormina, there is also a dining area for al-fresco meals.

Please note: the villa can be reached via a steep road.
