„Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.“

„Condo was perfect! Had everything you might need for a stay. Location was great - close to good bars and restaurants and in a very walkable area.“

„This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. „I was in town for two days for a wedding and the property was the perfect spot to rest and recover in the evenings.. It had everything I needed, and very comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely return..“

„My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen.“

„The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10!“

„This was steps to fantastic restaurants and the river“

„Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location to the historic Wilmington riverwalk! The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for me and my sister - stocked with all the necessities, including some waters and snacks. Curt was a fantastic host, communicating clearly and promptly before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay again in the future! Highly recommend.“

„Great location and good communication with host. “

„Great experience, great views, very convenient to Downtown!“

„Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us. We left for dinner and came back and the line to get back into the building was around the corner!! Luckily the bouncer/doorman spotted us and pulled us through.. you have to share the same small ...
