Villa Clara is a large estate for vacation rental in Lecce. The villa is surrounded by a large park with pine forest, garden with semi-Olympic swimming pool and tennis court. It offers up to 16 beds.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, heaters, library, kitchen complete with electric oven, coffee maker and dishwasher, etc.

countless possibilities for spending time outdoors, from the swimming pool with solarium to the tennis court and the beautiful covered veranda with wooden canopy, furnished for outdoor dining.
The
interiors are spacious, cozy, with classic furnishings and highly
finished. Many lounges and living areas follow each other on the ground
floor, in addition to the study area and the large, well-equipped
kitchen.
The sleeping area is divided between the ground floor and the upper floor, consisting of no less than 7 bedrooms, including 4 doubles, 1 quad with double bed + two single beds, 1 bedroom with French bed and 1 twin bedroom with single beds.
Finally, serving the large villa are 6 bathrooms some with showers others with bathtubs.

Villa
Clara is located not far from the center of Lecce, in a residential
area. The historic center of the beautiful Baroque city is just 3 km
from the villa, while all the main commercial services are even closer.
The
villa also makes it easy to reach in a few minutes by car the beautiful
beaches of the Ionian Sea, such as Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, and
the beaches of the Adriatic coast of Lecce, such as Torre Chianca and
San Cataldo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Optional heating in winter months with an extra of euro 25 per day.
