We booked the hotel for three days. First, they gave us a suite that was already occupied. When we opened the door with the key card they gave us, all the guests' personal belongings were there.
Second, we informed them of their mistake and they gave us another suite. The second night, after returning from an event, we opened the door, and all our property was REMOVED, TAKEN, as if we had never been there.
We made the claim to the receptionist, who said they had us in another room and thought our suite was empty, and the former customers had left all their property there. Mind you, I had left my new iPad and everything else that we brought for the stay. How could they have changed us from the room to start with? Their computer system is a disaster, and they do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. While we were at the counter, three other couples complained and asked for refunds. That hotel is a NIGHTMARE!
The only good thing about the hotel is the restaurant, which the hotel does not manage.
It was so bad that the hotel agreed to give us a full refund of the stay through Expedia because we paid through the Expedia app. Now, EXPEDIA does not have a human you can talk to or a live customer chat to help customers submit complaints AFTER THEIR STAY.
