- Absolutely no fireworks allowed. There are horses on the property and they will run. Please keep this in mind if you're considering booking, especially during the 4th of July.
- No pets
- The property can accommodate more that 6 people but will require approval by management. There is an additional fee for each guest over 6 people - the water pump is old and cannot take wear and tear unless prior approval is given. Please contact management if interested in renting for more than 6 guests.
