Space
This lovely accommodation is one of two apartments. This apartment is located on the ground floor, providing you with easy access to the surrounding city streets.
Step into the secure front courtyard, where you will be greeted by an outdoor setting and a private space to enjoy. Make your way inside where you will find a spacious, open living dining space providing a lovely space to sit, relax and enjoy inner city living in luxury.
The living-dining space features plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV and a 6-seater dining suite where you can enjoy all your delicious meals. Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi throughout your stay, and stay comfortable year-round with a reverse cycle air conditioning unit, ensuring you're always at ease no matter how Tasmania's weather may change.
The space flows into the well-appointed kitchen, which includes many essentials and contemporary appliances, including a fridge, oven, stove, cookware and utensils.
Both bedrooms branch off living-dining space, which each feature a queen-sized bed adorned with plush bedding, built-in storage options for your personal belongings, and adjoining private ensuites that branch off each bedroom, each featuring a shower, and one featuring a luxurious bath where you can relax and soak away after a long day of travels.
No need to travel for your laundry needs, a laundry branches off the dining space for your convenience.

The Neighborhood
Launceston is a beautiful city blending both city and country charms, with heritage streetscapes, a slice of urban wilderness and gourmet food and drink available at every turn. We aren’t just biassed, many agree, with Launceston named Australia’s best town to visit in 2022!
Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.
Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

Getting Around
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:
METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!
BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere St offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.
UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

Please keep the noise down from 10 pm onwards, no shoes inside, and no smoking inside.
The carport measures 270cm wide and around 8m long.
Please note for longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.
A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time.
Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.
