„Hat uns so sehr gefallen das wir nach 2 Nächten noch etwa eine Woche verlängert haben und unsere Ausflüge von hier gestartet haben...sehr gute Lage... direkt über die Straße gehen und man ist am Strand...gute Ausstattung...nettes und freundliches Personal... Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und umsonst...was in dieser Lage nicht immer so ist...sauber...einfach perfekt... können sich große Hotelketten mal ein Scheibe abschneiden...werden gerne wiederkommen...“

„Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort, in der Zwischenzeit hat sich das Management geändert, was man leider sofort bemerkt. Es ist niemand vor Ort, kein Ansprechpartner, alles geht nur online. Da die Telefonnummer bei uns nicht funktioniert hat,musste alles per Mail kommuniziert werden, und da muss man zum Teil ewig lange warten um Nachricht zu bekommen. Wir mussten vorab ein Formular online ausfüllen, inklusive mit Angaben der Kreditkarte, ohne bekommt man leider keinen Schlüsselcode.. Wir benötigten ...

„Immer wieder. Alles da was man braucht. Service gut. Manche sprechen nur Spanisch. muss man mit einem übersetzer arbeiten, wenn man die Sprache nicht kann. Strand 2 Min entfernt. waren jetzt schon 6 x dort, immer wieder. jeder hat aber anderes subjektives Gefühl. Weiter so.“

„Wir nutzten das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Airport. Der Shuttlebus-Fahrer erhält von uns die beste Bewertung. Eine Steigerung gibt es nicht. Toll ********“

„I was there a few years before when it was a sheraton brand and i wanted to visit after rebranding. We have enjoyed our familiy trip. Very clean hotel and rooms. The separate breakfast bar is perfect if you only want a quick breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff. Pool with poolbar and direct beach access is perfect also for familys with small kids. Only the price for valet parking is too expensive if you are staying longer. The stop for the water taxi is in walking distance.“

„Bored bar boy. Kept looking at his cell phone the whole time. He would have been better off tidying up the bar and, above all, CLEANING IT! The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and looked well maintained. The coffee at the hotel bar, if you can call it coffee, was terrible; a good coffee machine would be a good idea. The food on offer was OK. Valet parking was excellent and relatively inexpensive at $40 per day. “
