The service was fine, very friendly and competent. The hotel was not very comfortable , the rooms need an urgent make-over and modernization. For a hotel that has received an award for sustainability, I haven't seen the difference to others. I hope the plants that are barely surviving in the lobby, will either be replaced or omitted altogether. Just a tipp from an observer :-) The breakfast offered nothing for a vegan and very little for a vegetarian. The variety was minute, just not worth the extra money. If you just want a quick overnight accommodation it's okay, not for longer.

Friendly staff, for €25 more we received a very nice room upgrade. Lots of things to do for families with children, beautiful pool area with many different pools, sauna’s and many toys to play with. Good food, mini shop and evening entertainment. Big park area and playground, we loved it and will for sure come back.
