This house is designed for midterm rentals and is a great option for remote workers.

Spacious Living: With two bedrooms and ample living space, our home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The open-concept design creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and socializing. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need. Dine at the stylish dining table or opt for al fresco dining outside by the pool.

Outside: There are Evergreen trees and a lime tree in the front surrounding the custom built home. We have parking for 1 car in the driveway and an extra car can be parked on the street.

You will have access to the entire house and yard and pool. There is a casita (additional dwelling unit) located on the property where the homeowner resides, but it is completely separated by a gate and has its own private entrance through the driveway.
