Buyer beware!! This property is not managed by MGM so they are unable to help with any issues during your stay! We booked a room for 5 adults. We were supposed to have two queen beds and a twin. Unfortunately there was no twin. When I called MGM they said they do not manage these Luxe properties and that Expedia would have to assist. Expedia was extremely unhelpful. They offered to send an email to MGM asking for a roll away bed but would not guarantee we'd get one. Expedia did offer to cancel our trip without a refund which was obviously especially unhelful as we were already in Las Vegas. When I followed up with MGM they gave us the contracted house cleaners to see if they could give us an additional bed. The cleaners told us there are no roll away beds in the entire hotel and that the rooms are for 4 people max. She said if MGM found out we had 5 people they'd make us check out. All this even though we very clearly indicated that we had 5 people in our party. Not sure why Expedia us selling rooms for 5 people when tve hotel only allows 4. Dealing with thus issue was not how I wanted to spend any of my time on vacation. Super disappointed in Expedia. We've used them often but will not be doing so going forward.
