„Stayed one night. Excellent location for City Center and the Beach (walkable). Connected restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was very modern and comfortable.“

„We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did.

„Esperienza positiva, assistenza top“

„This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.“

„Ottima struttura pochi passi dal centro. Camera pulita, silenziosa, ottima colazione. I proprietari gentili, disponibili, zona tranquilla ben servita “

„Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff cordiale. “

„Very comfortable. Beautiful setting in the countryside. Wine tasting experience was amazing. Lots of options for self-serve breakfast. Wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and kind. Hope to return every year.“

„Close to the train station, short walk to the mall area where Tuesday markets are on. room is very tiny, bathroom is very compact with no toilet privacy if that is what you need. The shower had a ledge cut into the bathroom, and water from the shower gets onto this ledge and runs along it wetting the toilet paper if thats where you keep it, no toilet roll holder. The aircon was not great at all, and 35C days this was a considerable issue, but thankfully it was for one night. The pics on the ...
