"We booked a balcony room and didn’t get that and the tv just on the counter and the bedding wasn’t fully on the bed and the room reminded me more of a super 8 then the usual courtyard by Marriott we stay in"

"We stayed here after our wedding. We were worried as we would be checking in after midnight. We tried to communicate this with the staff but some of them were very rude. Check-in did go smoothly, though. But not an exceptionally friendly atmosphere. Very nice room!"
