Cheap pleated paper blinds were ripped in several places and pull cords broken. The upstairs door blind was completely ripped in two pieces and wouldn’t close at all for privacy. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Mattress definitely could use an upgrade. Small black ants and centipedes in the villa also. Downstairs drapes are old ...

„Pictures were beautiful- in real life, needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance and care. Mold in the bathroom. Rust in the fridge. Missing tiles and backsplash. No Tupperware, baggies, zero seasonings in the kitchen. The bed is from 1980, creeks and squeeks and no luxury linens as described. I have plenty of pictures. BUT could not ask for a better or more beautiful location!“

„This is a very spacious condo for a couple, with amazing views and close proximity to several beaches. Easy and pleasant walk to the Ritz and the beach there, to the tennis garden, and to Kapalua Bay beach with good snorkeling. A number of reviews mentioned wind noise, but Maui can be a windy place and this is an exposed location (hence the great views!).
