„Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, quiet and the listing is accurate. The only two things I would point out are the kitchen is very modestly stocked and we had problems with the dryer and it took the host a while to respond to my message. We like to cook when we travel and if you do the same you’ll find that there are things you won’t have that you need. All that said the place served us and we would stay there again. “

„Our host was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We booked our stay when Colorado was going through an intense heat wave, and the AC unit wasn't the most efficient, so we had to buy a fan from a Walmart to use and then return at the end of our stay. I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. „We like the place very much. Excellent communication from the host. Super clean specially the bathroom. Very neat and clean, NO nasty grout and unpleasant smell. There are 3 of us for 3 nights. One bathroom is fine but needs more towel bars or hooks.Also a few wash cloth would be nice. Kitchen has almost everything that we needed except for kitchen towels. „The house and accommodations were excellent. The host made our stay comfortable and was easy to communicate with. I even mistakenly yelled out the door code in the front yard to my wife when returning from a day trip and, even though it was probably going to be fine, the host graciously changed it so we could rest easy. All in all, it was a great trip to Denver, and we would do it again in a heartbeat.“

„This little oasis offers the best view for morning coffee or evening tea! Excellent animal watching while taking in the stunning view of the mountains. All rooms were clean and the bathroom is top notch. Has all the things to be an incredible 1 bdrm apartment. Things to note hosts live above but they are very considerate. There are pets, cat & dog 1 of each that are around but they are very friendly and again hosts are considerate and respectful to the tenant.I wouldn't consider this a deal ...
