We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

With 6 bedrooms and 8 beds, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Rest easy across 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and a full sofa bed. Each room includes soft linens, room-darkening shades, and Green Leaf memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master suite offers a private bathroom and generous closet space, creating a peaceful space to unwind.

Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen is fully stocked and ready for shared meals. Stainless steel appliances, a central island with bar seating, and two dining areas for up to 18 guests make cooking and gathering effortless. Whether you’re preparing a family breakfast or serving dinner after a day of exploring, everything you need is close at hand.

Living & entertainment
Spend cozy evenings in the lounge with its L-shaped sectional, 50" Smart TV, and electronic fireplace. Downstairs, the dedicated game room features a 100" projector, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, and a putting green—perfect for friendly competition or movie nights with the group.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the covered back patio furnished for relaxation. Fire up the BBQ grill, enjoy lawn games on the fenced yard, or let pets roam safely—this pet-friendly home welcomes up to 2 dogs. Free parking for 5 vehicles and an EV charger make travel easy from start to finish.

Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep every season comfortable. You’ll find a washer and dryer, essentials, WiFi, and self check-in via keypad. For families, a crib, Pack ’n Play, and baby safety gates are provided, along with board games for quiet nights in.

Safety & peace of mind
The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Located in Wheat Ridge, the home offers easy access to nearby parks, golf courses, and breweries. Crown Hill Lake is just 1.5 minutes away, Colorado Mills Mall is 6 minutes, and Downtown Denver is a 16-minute drive. Red Rocks Amphitheater, North Table Mountain, and the foothill trails are all within reach for day adventures.

Perfect for family reunions, friend gatherings, or relaxed stays between city and mountain outings, this inviting retreat blends comfort, space, and convenience in the heart of Colorado.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
