The property is NOT wheelchair accessible, there is no way to get down the lower pool, lake area with a wheelchair or stroller, unless you carry it down 2 flights of stairs. Only way I to the lake is off the dock and you have to be 16 to take any water equipment out. Half the staff spoke no English or it was “their first day” when the maid came to our room to clean she took all the towels and left no new one, had to call down to get some!
Be careful if you use the outdoor lounge area by indoor pool you’ll get locked out and only door that doesn’t have key card access back in.
The property itself was beautiful and clean and the restaurant was delicious!
