„The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. „Sehr ruhiges Hotel, sehr praktisch gelegen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (grosses Outlet in der Nähe). Für die Durchreise ein ideales Hotel.“

„I stayed at the hotel from June 20 to 21. The next morning, both my wife and I discovered several itchy, red insect bites on our bodies. I informed the front desk staff and showed them the bites, but the attendant asked no questions and showed absolutely no reaction to what I said.“

„We were traveling on a budget and this met all of our needs. Our kiddos loved the continental breakfast, the room was sufficient for a young family of 4, and we were exceptionally thrilled when the front desk attendant on Saturday 6/13 opened the pool just a few minutes before 10am so my kiddos could enjoy it while we had the time. My only complaint was that our bathroom sink was very slow to drain but I shared that with staff and feel confident it will be handled.“
