„Was not able to get to the property due to fire danger so could not rate cleanliness bu but gave good ratings because the host was so helpful and cooperative about refunding our money based on fire risk. So we assume all property was good. “

„-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house“

„Das ist eine Lodge, wie man sie sich vorstellt. Es gibt einen schönen Pool und gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen Lebensmittelmarkt, eine Tankstelle und eine Brauerei. Wir wollten grillen und haben frische Salate und das beste Fleisch an der Theke des Sierra Gateway Markets gekauft. Im Motell gibt es eine BBQ-Area mit 2 Gasgrills, Tischen und Bänken. Wir durften anschließend noch ein kleines Lagerfeuer an der Feuerstelle gemäß den Brandschutzbedingungen machen. Es war herrlich. Wir wollten ...

„We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. We are so glad we were able to stay here and we cannot wait until our next ...

„Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had access to a little creek, with such clear water. Our area was pretty much shaded the whole time with all the tree coverage. The inside was cute and cozy! Loved the amenities that were included. Very clean inside and well maintained outside.Will definitely be back!“

„The cabin was great! Nice wood inside..AC ..nice king bed..TV had some issues and would be nicer if they had a few more channels..nice short walk to river and lots of trees!! Good market near by with prepared foods for using BBQ..did not find good fishing this trip but will return when river is more back to normal. Staff was very helpful and nice! Especially Lonnette who rearrainged our dates because of the flooding.“

„The cabin is super cute, very clean, and has an awesome location. We thought we were getting the cabin pictured with a deck but cabin 11 does not have one. Either way, it’s a very nice stay. On the property, Kern River runs through where we saw people fishing. While it’s very close to town, I wouldn’t recommend walking since it’s on the main road. Our hosts were very nice and we would absolutely head back when we can. “

„The property is a mix of little cabins and rv spaces. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was very nice and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us but there was sleeping space for 4 others. Bunk beds in the other small bedroom and a futon in the living area. It also had a barbecue and picnic table in the outside space. Reasonable prices. I would recommend “

"Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet bietet aber alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr abgelegen. Mit einer offline- Karte findet man es aber problemlos. Wie waren für eine Nacht dort und haben die ruhe genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"We had a great stay – the place was clean and the atmosphere very friendly. Unfortunately, there were no dishes or cutlery available, which made cooking and eating a bit tricky. However, there were grills and charcoal provided on-site, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few small things to keep in mind."

"Die Kern Lodge haben wir für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem im Wesentlichen gut unterhalten. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, was sowohl für das Zimmer, die Vorhänge. kleine Kochnische als auch das Duschbad gilt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es div. Restaurants. Unter anderen empfehlen wir die Brauerei-Gaststätte im Nachbargebäude mit leckeren Speisen und den Bieren aus eigener Herstellung. Zum Frühstück sind wir in den Ort zum Big Blue Bear - prima!"
