She wanted to be “fully transparent” about a problem. She said the previous renter apparently allowed a mouse to get into the house. „It was very nice and peaceful. A creek was running close by. We were able to appreciate the nature. When you walk pass the other rentals, you get to an outside gathering place with tables, chairs and a grill. If you walk pass that there’s a small pond. We loved it.“

„The house is so cute and done up so nicely especially compared to so many of the rundown homes in this little town. The beds are great and the bathrooms are nice. Kitchen has everything you might need and the coffee bar has everything you need,plus a grinder for your fresh beans. „The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters. Communication was fantastic. The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. „Exceptional spot with easy access to downtown Woodland Park. Made an excellent base to fish the south Platte and hit a few things in Colorado Springs. Easy access and communication with the owner. Clever user of space made the place seem larger than it was. Modern rustic feel. Kids enjoyed the mini arcade games. Quaint and compact.“
