„Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running ...

„Picture deceptive in that we expected to have more separation from neighbor homes. The “grass” was not mowed until 3 days before our departure. Outside seating not that desirable. We enjoyed the inside of the house w/an abundance of towels and two fireplaces. The kitchen sink facet is loose so needs tightening.“

„We chose this property because it had room for our family of 5 plus my MIL. It's about a 40 minute drive from Colorado Springs, so we were able to enjoy all the attractions while staying in a quieter area. Our kids loved waking up to deer in the backyard and having an area to play inside. Beautiful view and very family friendly!“

„We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. There are neighbors close by but it was so quiet and peaceful there. It did appear that the place had been empty for awhile and could have used some dusting but other than that it was a great place to get away! Definitely would book again. The property management team is very responsive and willing to assist you“

„Everything was great. There is limited water supply that we didn't know about, but once we got that figured out, it was manageable. Being from the city, we don't have limited water usage- so it really helps put things into perspective.. “

We enjoyed visiting with our hosts our last evening there and will definitely come back next time we are in the Colorado Springs area.“

„Robin and Henry were fantastic to book through. Their listing and communication was very thorough. We had an amazing time soaking in the hot tub after a day hiking and sightseeing. The wildlife was plentiful! We even had a pregnant deer lay near us. We were hoping to witness a miracle, but no luck while we were there. The cabin was spotless and had amenities aplenty. The kids loved the giant Hershey bar upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again!“

netter Aufenthalt im Casino Hotel

"Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen; es war nett, in der "Casino-Reihe" zu übernachten. Die Angestellten waren freundlich. Vom Casino-Betrieb hat man im Zimmer nichts mitbekommen. Ein großes Plus, dass man für das Frühstück einen großzügigen Gutschein für das angeschlossene Restaurant bekommt, wo man aus der Frühstücks-Karte auswählen kann und serviert bekommt. Man muss dazu allerdings die Players Memberschaft haben, für die man beim Check-in automatisch eingetragen wird und die Karte bekommt, die man im Spielautomaten aktivieren muss. Für uns kein Problem - andere Hotelgäste mögen das evtl. nicht so gerne. Im selben Restaurant haben wir auch zu Abend gegessen, und bekamen auch dafür einen großzügigen Rabatt: beim ersten Dinner als Hotelgäste hatten wir das 2. Essen gratis. Also alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen Goodies - wenn man sich nicht an der Kombi von Casino und Hotel stört."

"Was nicht so gut war, dass nicht einmal die Abfalleimer trotz 4 Nächte Unterkunft einmal geleert wurden und es auch sonst keinen Roomservice gab. Dss Frühstück war einfach, aber was solls. Es warmes / großes Frühstück kann man eben nicht überall erwarten. Die Zimmer- wände sind dünn, aber nach schweren Wanderungen in den Bergen schläft man nach kurzer Zeit trotz Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer schon relativ schnell ein. Alles in allem gut und 4 Sterne. Evt. buche ich sogar das Hotel noch einmal in der Zukunft. "
