"Nettes Personal mit ganz problemlosem Ein- und Auschecken. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war auch ok, auf dem Hotel-Gelände sogar alles sehr gepflegt. Kleinere Mängel an den Gebrauchsmöbeln (Tür vom Schrank verzogen/lässt sich nicht schließen, die üblichen Kalk-/Rost-/Schwarzschimmelspuren an/in der Badewanne) erwartet man und waren auch hier zu finden. Ein größeres Manko war allerdings ein sehr lauter Kühlschrank, der den Inhalt konsequent eingefroren hat, egal wie die Temperatur eingestellt war, daher waren Ohrstöpsel nötig und Getränke konnten erst mit Vorlaufzeit zum Auftauen genossen werden, aber immerhin gab es einen Kühlschrank."

"Hotelzimmer gepflegt aber im die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel wirkt mit seinem Atrium etwas wie aus den 90ern. Fitnessraum völlig ausreichend und mit Wasser sowie Handtüchern und Desinfektionstüchern bestückt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorteilhaft sind sicher die drei guest-laundry im Hotel! Frühstücksbuffet wirklich hervorragend mit Livecooking und sehr reichhaltig für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Was überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen ist, ist die Pizzeria gegenüber völlig überteuert und mässige Qualität, aber das nur am Rande."

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zum Disneyland, welches zu Fuß in 20 - 30 Minuten erreichbar ist. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet an, welches zwar eine kleine Auswahl anbietet, aber dennoch satt macht. Das Highlight sind die Mickey Waffeln, welche frisch gemacht werden können. Die Zimmer sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und mit einer Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet, was besonders bei einer Familie viel Zeit sparen kann. Leider war unser Zimmer am ersten Tag sehr schmutzig mit Fusseln und Essenskrümeln auf dem Teppich und auch Handtücher haben gefehlt. Dies haben wir aber nicht gemeldet und am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gesäubert. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Rutschen sind in einem guten Zustand. Wir hatten einen tollen und problemlosen Aufenthalt."
