„What a perfect house for our family's trip to Newport Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. We walked up and down the board walk and had some fabulous sunsets on the beach. Joey met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. We had a couple of questions during our stay and he replied promptly everytime. “

„We had 7 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. The host is phenomenal. He helps the whole stay from questions answered to recommendations on everything. Loved the backyard the most and so did the kids!! Thanks again for everything, would definitely recommend!!! “

„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt “

„We stayed for four nights at this beautiful home. The backyard is amazing and we definitely are looking to possibly rent it again in the summer to enjoy the pool and hotter weather. The only con would be that the sliding glass doors they had no screen on them so we couldn’t leave the door open at night to get some fresh air into the living room area so it would be nice if they put screens on that. Also, we did not know that we had the option to pay to turn the heat on into the pool and that we ...

„The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!“

"Sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man die beiden Disney Parks besuchen will. Man braucht zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten und kann das Auto beim Hotel stehen lassen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch mit sehr viel süßen Sachen, aber ok, um in den Tag zu starten. Wir hatten zu viert ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett, das sehr groß war und durch eine Schiebetür vom anderen Zimmer getrennt war. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch von Disney das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder nutzen."
