„Great Country Western “

„Hotel Indigo represented a great value for a hotel near DFW. The rooms are spacious with a walk-in shower, easy-to-use TV, safe, refrigerator. The front desk was also friendly and helpful. My only constructive criticism would be regardint the bar-restaurant: the seating, lighting (ambience), menu choices, staff, all need some work!“

„Final Rating: 3.9/5 Overall, my stay was comfortable, with a few areas that could be improved. The clean rooms and good breakfast were definite positives. With improvements in customer service, parking availability, and transparency about fees, the overall guest experience would be much better. Room: The room was very clean, and the overall setup was excellent. Everything was well organized and maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite good. „Not far away from the airport why I chosed it. Room was clean and large, bathroom spacious, shower working well, bed comfy. Liked the refilling bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Staff was nice, everything was ok. Area is safe but without any restaurants so you will need a car.“

„The office chair provided was terrible. Went to your mid back and extremely uncomfortable. We asked for replacement and management could no accomodate. The internet was extremly slow and you had to PAY for high speed internet. Very dissappointed at $222.00 per night and have got both of the items above at extended stays at half the price. WILL NOT BE BACK.“
