„The pool heater was not working. We went to Marriot Monarch's pool and that was cold too. The housekeeper was sitting outside our room from 9am until 10am when we left. “

„Great house with plenty of room for everyone. Pool is great and walk to beach isn't bad, 10 minutes. Plenty of chairs and wagons. Great response time from managers. Ice maker is broken, very disappointed we had to buy ice. Air fryer wouldn't come on when we tried to use it. Non stick pans need to be refreshed. Chairs and umbrellas need to be gone through for broken ones. We took a broken chair and umbrella to the beach. Hose in the garage needs to be replaced, has holes. Elevator was a ...

„We had a wonderful stay at the Yellow House! Great communication with owner. Great location for visiting Beaufort, Savannah, Charleston. Property was clean and just as described other than only one golf cart was available during our stay. Plenty of things for the whole family to do in the complex. Would stay here again! “

„We visited Beaufort for a family wedding and selected this home to rent. Home is a little older but price fit the home. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was effortless. I recommend this home for anyone wanting a cost efficient place to stay. “

„The house was sizable for a group of 6 adults. We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend for a family wedding. The drive to the downtown area was short. We were a block from the Spanish Trail and enjoyed a great walk on a beautiful day. The house was spacious for our group and having 2 family rooms w TVs. We used the kitchen for breakfast. We would have liked to spent more time outside and as other reviews said outdoor furniture would have been a great touch since the weather was great. We sat on ...

„Very nice, and clean place “

„great view and access to the beach, ocean view. atmosphere was cozy comfortable. there were several examples of disrepair in need of attention that detracted from the overall experience. Simple clean up of the property would help. repair of things broken would help.. My DIY bent wanted to go to the hardware store and get stuff to fix things . “

„My wife and I decided to get away to Beaufort for a long weekend 4/11 - 4/14 and stayed at this property. It was a quaint little home and was as described on the listing. Communication before check in was fantastic and responses to questions were answered quickly. The property is a quick and easy drive to Bay St./Waterfront Park, as well. „A group of college friends and I got together to celebrate turning 50. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and we loved the location. Everything was clean and neat and really has that cozy cottage feel. Would recommend!“

„We loved the property!. The pool was a huge hit for the whole family and with the beach a block away it was easy to have a day at the beach and end up at the pool. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with when needing anything. We would stay here again!“

„We have been coming to HHI since 2011 for our family vacation & everyone was in agreement that this was the best ever. The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage. “

„We had a wonderful 2 week vacation with family members from 3 to 91! Wonderful porch and deck to enjoy the views. Great kitchen, Great bedroom suites and bathrooms throughout to accommodate privacy. Kids bunk rooms are great! It was wonderful to be surrounded by the views and the sounds of the sea throughout the house. The elevator became a little difficult to operate, but was manageable. Manager was notified and planned for service. Great property! “

We were coming from a larger more private condo after staying with our friends for the first half of the trip, so although the one bedroom was clean and nice, it wasn't as bright and open as the first place. „We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend! “

"Kostenloses parken, teilweise überdacht. Kleiner Pool, aber ausreichend. Personal ist nicht ganz so freundlich, aber man braucht sie auch nicht wirklich. Zimmer war geräumig, Klimaanlage sehr laut. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht. Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkt. Strand ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto"

"The hotel was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the rooms are showing their age and have carpets that look a bit unhygienic. The bathroom is also very used, so everything could use a renovation. Another note: There is no proper breakfast in the hotel. Only sweet snacks (muffins, donuts and chocolate bars) and coffee/water are provided. Despite everything, the hotel can definitely be recommended for a short stay."
