"Très bon service d’hospitalité, mais la chambre avait une très mauvaise isolation : on entendait même la chasse d’eau des autres chambres. Nous étions venus pour un week-end romantique et avons trouvé deux lits collés, impossibles à utiliser ensemble car ils se séparaient constamment ; au final, nous avons dormi soit sur un seul lit, soit chacun sur un lit différent. Le parking coûtait 30 € par jour et, le premier jour, il n’y avait aucune place disponible. Nous avons dû laisser la voiture dans un parking public à 20 € par jour. »"

"Ein tolles Hotel mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV nach Chamonix. Es gab sogar gratis ein Ticket für Bus und Bahn. Nette Einrichtung und extrem kinderfreundlich. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist phänomenal. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr angenehm."

"I stayed here during UTMB. While the location is excellent (very close to Chamonix) and the room itself was clean and quiet, my overall experience was ruined by theft. One of the cleaning staff stole my AirPods from the room. I was only able to recover them because I tracked them down myself. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel. A clean room and good location mean little if guests cannot feel that their belongings are safe. I cannot recommend this hotel until management takes real action to prevent this from happening again."

"Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Wellness Hotel. Das Frühstück und Dinner ist hervorragend mit tollem Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Saunabereich sollte für ein Spa-Hotel kostenlos für Gäste sein. Aber ansonsten alles top!"
