„The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay“

„Nice room. There's lucking coffee and zus coffee nearby“

„As i checked in only 11pm, and check out checked out at 6am. I have no comments“

„The hotel was mostly clean and and the staff were friendly, but in the 2 weeks I stayed I had to swap rooms due to the electronic lock failing, and then I lost power in the new room a couple days later. Besides these mishaps I didn't have any other issues.“

„For a 3* Hotel the room was totally ok, comfortable. Very enjoyed the hot spring pool. But i missed some deck chairs to relax. And as a vegetarian my extra request for an Avocado for the breakfast was refused, this kind of service i cannot expect in a 3* Hotel. So far so good. But the breakfast, stored in chafing dish, was everything cold. “

„Hall & Rooms were clean and good. Fully air-conditioning. Shopping mall is just next door and convenient. Wash Rooms were neat. However, water pressure a bit low for bath. Overall neat and clean.“

„Below average for me. No hotel parking provided; to be competed with the public, especially when the mall is just right beside the hotel. Hotel facilities not great: shower head clogged, bedside lamp spoilt. Lady Indian receptionist took her own sweet time to check-in and out guests. Overall, the area is less traveler-friendly.“

„Bilik bersih. Kedai makan mamak dekat. Kedai depan hotel. Parking mudah. Kakitangan membantu.“

„Basic no-frills room for just a brief 1N stay. Pillow is too high, making sleep uncomfortable“

„Best hotel in that area“

„Moldy smell and dirty wall. Won't recommend to those who has OCD and sensitive nose.“

„Nice place to stay. Will like to thank the hotel counter staff Mr Shah to assist on the hotel cabinet issue. Thanks.“
