The property is well-furnished and meticulously maintained, comprising two cozy bedrooms, ideal for families, professionals, or students.

Equipped with air conditioning, it offers a comfortable environment in any season.



To access the accommodation, we recommend arriving at La Spezia Central Station, which is a five-minute walk away. Arriving by car is not recommended, as parking in the area is very difficult to find.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

By law, before arrival it is mandatory to complete an online form for guest registration. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be filled out by all travelers.

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.
