IMPORTANT PRE-ARRIVAL STEP: Under Italian law, all guests are required to complete a mandatory online registration for the local authorities prior to arrival. You will receive a secure link to the official check-in portal (Chekin) one week before your arrival. This portal is used to finalize your registration, verify identity documents, and process two mandatory requirements: the secure hold for your refundable damage deposit and the payment of the City of La Spezia’s municipal tourist tax (Imposta di Soggiorno). Completion of this process is required to receive your electronic entry codes for the property.
