The living room has Smart TV and direct access to a private terrace with outdoor dining area, perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing moments. Upstairs, a second bedroom with double bed completes the space, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions.
The residential complex offers a communal swimming pool, garden areas and parking, all in a quiet and well-kept environment.
