Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage verfügt über 4 Swimmingpools, zwei von ihnen sind Kinder und befindet sich in Corralejo, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von den großen Stränden und dem Stadtzentrum.

Es verfügt über einen Sitzbereich mit Sofa, Flachbild-TV, und Box mit englischen Kanälen, WLAN und einen Esstisch, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und indivuales, drei Bäder mit Badewannen, Duschen und videts. Es verfügt über eine Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich und einen anderen Ausgang Dachterrasse zur exklusiven Nutzung der Gäste.

Beide Badetücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen.

Das Resort ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen, wo die Fähren nach Lanzarote. Der Flughafen von Fuerteventura ist eine 30-minütige Autofahrt entfernt.

The Villa itself is a great base for exploring the island and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen, self-sufficiency is no problem. Josè provided in-depth instructions for travel from the airport, access to the villa and wifi access. We, as well as our children, enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend this accommodation.

Der dreiwöchige Aufenthalt auf Fuerteventura war toll (Wiederholungstäter). Diesmal mit der kleinen Familie, welches uns nach finaler Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung/Villa zu Jose und seiner Villa in Corralejo brachte. Mein Feedback ist auf voller Linie einwandfrei. Sehr tolle Anlage, gerade für Familien mit Kindern. Eine sehr schöne und niemals überlaufende Pool-Anlage direkt vor der Haustüre, lediglich durch das Terrassentürchen getrennt (optimaler Schutz mit Kleinkindern). Das Haus bietet (bis auf eine Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage) alles was man benötigt, ist recht gemütlich und optimal für 4 - 6 Reisende (3x DZ). Die zumeist privat genutzte Anlage bietet deutlich mehr Ruhe als der einschlägige Club-/Hotelurlaub auf der Insel. Von hier aus kann Corralejo zu Fuß erkundet werden. In 10 Minuten erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / einen Supermarkt / Ärzte oder Restaurants. In 15-20 Minuten ist man am Strand, an der Promenade oder an der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Von hier aus haben wir erneut die Insel erkundet (Mietwagen ist also ein Muss!). Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Tolle Anlage und Villa!

We (family with two kids 6/8y) spent one week (End of December 2016) in this lovely and spacious house in Corralejo. In contrast to the south of Fuerteventura you will find a real town with history and culture in contrast to the artificial tourist spots in the south: there are only a few hotel resorts near the beaches in the north compared to the south of Fuerteventura. The Location of this house is perfect: located between the center of Corralejo and the sand dune beaches of the Corralejo national park you have everything you can possibly ask for. The accommodation itself is of good standard with a nice spacious living area in the basement, Wi-Fi, TV, a very nice sofa. Also you will find a sleeping room with a double bed in the basement. On the first floor there are two seperate sleeping rooms: a double bed in one room and two single beds in a seperate room - each with a bathroom with shower. The view from the appartment is nice: you see a large (shared/ not heated) pool area with a lot of palm trees. Communication with the owner, Jose, was always polite, immediate and constructive. We strongly recommend a holiday at this brilliantly located, clean and safe accommodation – especially for a family with kids. You will not be disappointed.

Everything as described and in a great location to get to the big beach one way or the town the other. Villa itself is actually better than the photos would suggest. Plenty of kitchen equipment and all very clean and tidy. UK TV channels were BBC1-2, ITV, Channel 4-5 and BBC News which was more than previous rentals here. Numerous eateries nearby, a bakery and a small supermarket within 150m. Nice beds and quiet at night. Only negative is it really needs the clothes dryer moved up onto the roof as its so shaded on the rear terrace. But I still give it a 5 star its that good. Thanks Jose, see you again.

Corralejo est une ville à vocation touristique,avec une offre de loisirs développée (commerces, restaurants, excursions en bateau etc.). L'endroit est très ensoleillé, mais aussi souvent venteux. L'appartement se trouve bien situé dans le complexe Sultan, et on a effectivement vue, depuis le salon et depuis la chambre principale, sur la piscine et ses jardins, qui sont magnifiquement entretenus. Le salon, les chambres et les salles de bains sont spacieux. La terrasse donnant sur les jardins est agréable mais hélas, se retrouve à l'ombre lors de la saison automnale et hivernale. Par ailleurs, il y a sur le toit un large terrasse ensoleillée (mais souvent venteuse) qui n'est pas équipée de chaises longues. Le propriétaire, José, est fort sympathique même s'il nous a paru fort pressé le jour de notre arrivée.

Everything was as expected.Good communication from the start of booking.Meet and greet with Josa spot on .Villa as discribed just a couple of little niggles .There is a problem drying your clothes after washing them due to terrace being in the shade.I would suggest a clothes dryer on the roof terrace would easily solve the issue.You also need to stagger the shower times as the system cannot cope Otherwise excellent time thank you

After nearly 6 years renting properties in Majorca we decided on fuerteventura for our holidays this year! Jose property was everything and more than we could have hoped for. Great location for the local shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Las dunas playa. The kids loved the pool and the waterpark which is nearby. The villa was perfect for are needs. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to a flight cancellation Jose was able to extend our stay for 2 extra nights and was very helpful throughout the booking process. It would have been nice to have 2 sun beds on the roof terrace but that is a minor concern. . Plenty of clean towels and comfy beds. We would recommend this property as excellent value for money. I have spent an enjoyable six weeks in Jose's house. The house is very close to local amenities and a short walk from the main street and local beaches. The house is very clean and spacious with excellent wifi connection. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of room to sunbathe on the roof area, and by the pool. El Sultan is a well kept secure and quiet complex. I will certainly return to Jose's house. Jose was very helpful throughout the whole rental process.
