„Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. ...

„Tipp: Das nächste Parkhaus heisst "Chermattoger" - im Vorausbuchen lohnt sich. Angeblich kann man das Parken im Hotel auch bichen, aber nicht online. Parkplätze auf der Strasse sind sehr sehr wenige. Die Lage ist super. Abfahrt ist tatsächlich vom un bis Hotel möglich. Hier hören die guten Sachen auf... "Sauber, aufgeräumt, schöner Eingangsbereich, Zimmer ausreichend gross und schöner Balkon. Im Zimmer stand schon ein Ventilator gegen die Hitze."

"Bleiben sie dieser Unterkunft auf alle Fälle fern. Uns fielen beim Abendessen zwei Kakerlaken auf den Tisch! Ekelhaft! Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist und haben NICHT da übernachtet aber die Unterkunft weigerte sich eine Rückerstattung auszustellen. Es besteht keine Klimaanlage und die Apartments sind extrem heiss (bei Ankunft über 30C im Innerbereich). Beim Fensteröffnen kommt Ungeziefer rein. Die Einrichtung ist alt, abgenutzt und vielfach beschädigt. Die Unterkunft weigerte sich auch nach mehrmaliger Intervenierung durch Hotels.com eine Rückerstattung auszustellen. Sie verlangten Fotos von den Kakerlaken, man stellt sich das mal vor! Wenn dir Kakerlaken auf den Teller fallen, denke ich nicht zuerst mal daran Fotos zu machen sondern ich bin angewiedert. Diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle vermeiden!!!"
