Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
READ CAREFULLY! This unit has only a kitchenette. There was no stove or oven. We have been renting at Deerfield Resort for over 20 years and have never encountered a unit without a stove and oven! It never occurred to me that was something I should be reading for when renting a unit. I will from now on. Also, there is no thermostat! If we wanted the temperature regulated, we had to contact the owner. Crazy! That was not listed in the unit description at all. The unit was very cluttered with the owner’s belongings making a small unit even smaller. We had to move a full length mirror to even get to the left side of the bed. Large fake plants throughout that were much too big for the space. The closet was completely full of the owner’s clothes and there was no where to hang our clothes. The owner’s toiletries items were in the shower. Every drawer and cabinet in the bathroom were completely full of the owner’s items so there was no room to store any of our toiletries. Set out on the counter for us to use were two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth; that was it. We had to contact the owner about the temperature and again snout the ceiling fans. This unit needs some attention to be a prime rental property.
