"Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent and very central, and the facilities were good. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really made an effort, and we appreciated that very much. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not good. The room was clean when we arrived, but during our stay there was practically no proper room cleaning. Although daily cleaning was mentioned when we booked, the staff mainly emptied the rubbish and replaced the bathroom amenities. The room itself was not properly cleaned. This was definitely the biggest negative point of our stay and something the hotel should improve. Apart from the housekeeping, everything was fine. For a short stay of two or three days, I would still recommend this hotel, and we would consider staying there again. The hotel itself is very good, the location is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. With better housekeeping, the overall experience could be excellent."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch! Fünf Minuten jeweils bis zum Haupt-Einkaufszentrum und zum Ausgeh-Viertel. Auch nach Gion kann man einfach laufen. Der Kaffee in der Lobby war nicht so lecker aber sonst alles super."

"Todo está genial! La ubicación excelente! No gastamos en movilidad ya que podíamos llegar casi a todos lados caminando, el desayuno más estilo japonés, creo que podría ser mejor, pero en realidad todo estuvo excelente. También puedes tener cosas para el uso diario y personal y también un pijama! Lo recomendamos muchísimo!!!"

"Schönes, kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Nishi-Marktes. Wir hatten ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ok, relativ kleines Angebot. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber empfehlenswert."

"- Zimmer sauber und die Betten super bequem. - die Lage war einfach perfekt. Ums Eck direkt ein 7eleven. Zu Fuß waren wir schnell in der Innenstadt beim berühmten Foodmarkt oder den ganzen Gesch äften. Das waren nur ca 10min Fußweg. Auf der Strecke waren auch noch Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Restaurants. Nur zum Tempel oder Narapark haben wir die Metro genutzt. - das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt Das Hotel würde ich in Kyoto jederzeit wieder buchen"
