„The room was within walking distance from the bamboo forest and local restaurants. It was hard to find dining at night because some restaurants close early and you have to cross bridge to search for other restaurants. Too many gnats flying around. Gnats were also in the rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful and patient.“

„Die Lage war super, die Räume sind schön eingerichtet und es gibt eine kleine Kochecke mit Utensilien zum Kochen. Ein Kritikpunkt ist das Bad, hier fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten und eine Steckdose. Außerdem floss das Wasser im Waschbecken schlecht ab, uns wurde versichert das wäre in allen Zimmern so. Insgesamt fanden wir das Zimmer aber gut.“

„All was great. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Great location, with Nishiki Market, countless restaurants, and grocery nearby. The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email. “

„It was a great stay. The location was between the major shopping areas and the train station. We found that we needed to cab to most notable shrines in the Kyoto, but the place was large and very roomy. We enjoyed the Japanese style extra room for our child. Having a washing machine was a definite plus. The self serve checking in was easy to follow, and the virtual staff were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto. “

„Während unserer Rundreise durch Japan, haben wir hier die beste Unterkunft gehabt. Prima check-in + Transfer. Sauber, modern und trotzdem traditionell. Mitten in Nishiki - nur wenige Meter in die Nishiki Food Markets - und doch ruhig. Mini-Superstores und Restaurants ums Eck wie auch Underground- Station. 4 Nächte waren wir hier ZU HAUS.“
