Q. Can I use the whole apartment or will it be shared with someone?
A. You can use the whole apartment by yourself and your members. No one else will be staying with you.

Q. What time can we check-in?
A. You can check-in any time 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

Q. What time should we check-out?
A. Please do so by 10:00am.
After check-out time, we will clean-up the apartment,
so please keep to the check-out time.

Q. Can I extend my stay or make a late check-out?
A. Please ask for approval 48hrs prior to check-out time. We will check availability for your request and tell you whether you can or not.

After check-out time, we will clean the house, so please keep strictly to the check-out time.

A Kyoto city accommodation tax will be collected effectively October 1, 2018 in all Kyoto City hotel including our house.

This City tax IS NOT included in room rate.
At your arrival, we will collect it.

Accommodation charge Person Per Night is:
Under 20,000 JPY : 200JPY
20,000 JPY to 49,999 JPY : 500JPY
50,000 JPY and over : 1,000JPY
