„Rundum ein sehr besonderer Aufenthalt “

„Great property, super nice people, fantastic location. Needs a gym, window was covered by 2 meters of snow - barely day light, no real bar atmosphere “

„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared. „I was a impeccable stay from start to finish. The room, the facilities and specially the service was better than expected. I highly recommend.“

„Super nice accommodation. Very affordable in off season. “

„From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. „快適に、夏期休暇を過ごす事が出来ました。 冷房設備が欲しいなぁと、思う日がありました。“

„我以為我租的是整個Villa，原來是兩个Villa一間屋，隔音好差，很易聽到隔离做愛的聲音，其他都不錯！“

„Great service staff that is helpful in any situation and the view is just spectacular!“

„This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again.“
